Prevent problems before your goods ship — because small mistakes at the factory can lead to big costs at the destination.

Why Is On-Site Supervision So Important?
If you’ve ever ordered from an overseas factory, you may have faced:
- Products arriving with defects
- Items that don’t match your spec or sample
- Packaging not suitable for sea freight
- Or worse — damage upon arrival
That’s why we offer boots-on-the-ground service.
Our team goes to the factory for you — to check, verify, report, and prevent problems before they happen.
What’s Included in Our On-Site Service?
Before we even step into the factory, we make sure everything is prepared.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, our team takes care of all key logistics in advance:
- We coordinate and schedule the factory visit ahead of time
- We reserve the container truck and prepare the booking confirmation documents
- We send the factory a detailed loading plan so they can prepare goods accordingly
- Prepare all necessary export documents, including the Packing List, Invoice, and any required certificates based on your destination or request
Then, when it’s time to visit the factory and supervise, we follow a clear process:
1. Factory Visit
We visit the production site to:
- Check on production status and progress
- Observe the actual working and packing conditions
- Ensure your product specs are followed precisely
- Take photos and videos to share transparently with you
2. QC (Quality Control)

Our team inspects goods before shipment to:
- Identify visible defects, assembly issues, or wrong labeling
- Ensure packaging and barcodes match your requirements
- Follow your QC checklist or standard AQL
- Deliver a detailed photo report (real-time updates available)
Example: We once found that label placement was misaligned. We helped the factory fix it before loading.
3. Container Loading Supervision
When the goods are ready to load, we supervise:
- Final item count and product verification
- How goods are packed into the container (secure, stable, correct)
- Photo documentation throughout the process
- Seal number recording and closing time of container
- Final loading report sent to your team
This helps prevent damage, misplacement, or missing cartons in transit

Why This Service Is Worth It
- More trust and long-term reliability
- You don’t have to travel or be there
- Problems are caught before the ship departs
- Fewer claims, rejections, or supplier disputes
