Boba Goba are classic Asian style Tapioca pearls. These are slightly sweet and chewy balls of deliciousness that enhance your milk tea, blended, coffee, and other drinks. They can also be made into a variety of desserts.
Simply boil in a pot as needed in water for about 30-40 minutes until they start to become somewhat spongy. Then cover the pot and let rest for 30 minutes. Once you pour the pearls out into a sieve, they are ready to enjoy. We also recommend dusting a small amount of brown sugar on the pearls until they have a light coating before storing.
